NICOLA BLU SHIPPING POLICY


We ship domestic orders within 4-10 business days (Monday through Friday) of the purchase order date. All shipments are made through a third-party courier with a tracking code. Shipping times may vary due to merchandise availability in our studio. All orders shipped in the USA should estimate 3-4 business days to arrive. Nicola Blu is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit or upon arrival. Please make a claim with your courier. 


If you need to place an urgent order, please contact our support team at hello@nicolablu.com. Your order may take longer than usual to prepare and ship during the holiday season. 


Where is my order?

  • Please check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking code for any typos you may have made
  • Please contact your postal service to track your package
  • If you cannot locate your order, please contact our support team at hello@nicolablu.com

My product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

  • Mamamia! That was not supposed to happen - we are sorry your order was faulty. To resolve this error, please email hello@nicolablu.com with a photo of your incorrect skew or damaged item within 7 days of the arrival.
  • Customers are offered refunds or a store credit if the item is damaged upon arrival or the wrong item was received. Please send a photo and connect with us at hello@nicolablu.com with any requests.
  • Any faulty items as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered damaged.

How do I use my discount code?

  • We allow one code per order at checkout.

  • All accessories sales are final, but if there is an issue with your canvas, please contact hello@nicolablu.com so we can help resolve any issues.

Jewelry

  • All Jewelry is made-to-order, and inspected for perfection before shipment takes place,
  • Jewelry sales have a 7 day exchange policy from the date received. Unfortunately we do not offer full refunds because all items are made-to-order in our studio. If you would like to exchange your product, we will need the item to be returned in its exact package and original condition, receipt included. If the request is approved, we will send you a shipping label. Once the item is received at our studio, we will inspect it and issue a store credit (the price of your item and tax value). Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Custom pieces and DIY items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

JEWELRY CARE


All jewelry is made-to-order, fulfilled within 4-7 days of purchase.

Nicola Blu is not responsible for the purchaser’s product maintenance.

It is possible coloring of beads and material can vary from image due to the nature of selecting unique beads. Beading color may also change over time with use of product due to natural body oils.

To sustain your product's longevity, we recommend your jewelry avoid contact with hair products, lotions, makeup, oils, and perfumes. We do not recommend wearing your jewelry while bathing, exercising, or swimming. Please store your jewelry in a pouch. To clean jewelry, please avoid harsh chemicals and cleaners. Polish with a cloth. Following this procedure will make sure the material does not degrade.

Please keep jewelry away from children and do not place jewelry in mouth as beads are a choking hazard.

We offer repair to any purchase within 1 year of the purchase date. Please email hello@nicolablu.com with the order number.

Nicola Blu creates bespoke pieces for our sophisticated and chic beach jet setting enthusiasts. We source the highest quality material to satisfy our customers and test our products before launch. Our jewelry designs feature crystals, stones, glass, pearl, and metal. Our jewelry pieces are one of a kind, handmade in our studio locally in New York City in Manhattan.
